Claude Migisha K. is a Technologist with over 5 years of experience working at the intersection of Technology and Socio-Economic Development. He pioneered the inception of The Rwanda Tech Innovation sphere by; being the Founding Manager of kLab – a tech innovation hub and by implementing THINK – a 1 million USD Millicom owned tech incubator, both based in Kigali, Rwanda. He worked as ICT4D expert in sectors ranging from education, health to adolescent girls empowerment with international organizations like; Jhpiego, World Relief, Kepler and GirlHub Rwanda. Claude co-founded Sobanukirwa.rw an access to information website promoting Open Governance in Rwanda, he is also an international ICT4D events speaker.
