Alper Cugun (MSc, Delft University of Technology) is an engineer and partner at Hubbub, a Dutch/German design studio that does strategy, invention and prototyping around games and play. Alper was active in the Amsterdam startup scene, led a data visualization agency and helped found the Open State Foundation, a Dutch open government institution. Alper is currently based in Berlin.
