This is a short talk on the effects tech entrepreneurs are having in Rwanda, and how the country is aspiring to become a tech innovation hub, 20 years after the genocide.

Description:

Many developing countries are facing aftermaths caused by wars and conflicts they went through. From shortage of skilled labor, inefficient access to finance agendas and so on. Many development aspects are hindering the growth of an innovation driven private sector. Mushrooming innovation hubs all over the globe seem to revolutionize normal/old school innovation frameworks whereby young people are spearheading the creation of solutions to local & global challenges. This is a short talk on the effects tech entrepreneurs are having in Rwanda, and how the country is aspiring to become a tech innovation hub, 20 years after the genocide.
