Nagina Javaid is a Patient and Public Account Manager at NHS England. NHS England is responsible for the budget, planning, delivery and day-to-day operation of the commissioning side of the NHS in England. Nagina has over 12 years of experience of working within the Health and Social care field (both in the Voluntary sector and in the public sector). Key skills include, community development, stakeholder management, promoting co-productive models of working with citizens, strategic thinking, project management of large programmes of work and the development of social media strategies as effective tools to further patient and public involvement.

Nagina is currently supporting the development of NHS Citizen. NHS Citizen is a ground breaking initiative that aims to connect citizen and patients to the heart of NHS decision making structures.
